Job Title: Construction Safety Director

At IFG - International Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Safety Director to oversee the implementation of EHS programs at a specific data center site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing the general contractor's implementation of the approved safety program.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for implementing EHS programs at the data center site.
• Be accountable for EHS performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and reviews of safe work practices.
• Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments for various hazards.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements.

Requirements
• 10 years of experience in the safety industry.
• 5 years of experience in construction.
• 2 years of experience in data center construction (ideally).
• Experience overseeing general contractors and reporting incidents.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working onsite in a data center construction environment.
