Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Associate III to join our team at Tapestry. As a Support Associate III, you will play a critical role in supporting the brand by providing operational excellence in our stores and offsite locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the UPS inbound deliveries monitor to prioritize the daily workload and ensure timely receipt of merchandise.

• Maintain a well-organized and accessible store environment, including stockroom and warehouse organization.

• Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary to drive sales and meet business objectives.

• Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day.

• Maintain accurate records of in-bound receipts and organization of supplies.

Operational Excellence:

• Audit compliance to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain a high level of stock organization, both in the back of the house and front of the house.

• Support floor sets in a timely and accurate manner to drive sales and meet business objectives.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.

• Ability to load boxes in and out of delivery trucks (offsite only).

• Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high-energy and high-traffic environment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multi-task, results-driven, and flexible to change.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail industry or relevant experience as a stock associate.

• High school or college degree preferred.
