Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory and supplies to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency
- Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner
- Scheduling and supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
