Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Supervise and train crew members, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery, including skid steers and excavators
  • Drive company vehicles and trailers to customer locations, requiring a valid G-class driver's license
  • Participate in winter snow removal operations, with guaranteed hours
