- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets, as well as cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
