We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dessert shop during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of desserts.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion desserts, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize dessert production and minimize waste.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
