Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dessert shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure that our team is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our desserts and customer service, ensuring that we meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Analyze sales data and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the financial health of our shop.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
