Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Niakwa Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience and that their feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Mentorship: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Work-Life Balance: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
