Job Summary

Zendesk is seeking a highly skilled WFM Success Specialist to drive customer success initiatives and deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive WFM experience and strategic acumen to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard customers to WFM solutions and ensure seamless adoption
  • Proactively offer assistance to customers with low adoption rates and focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Represent WFM and communicate its value proposition to customers during QBR/EBR meetings
  • Own account escalations and mitigate churn risk by working closely with customers and internal teams
  • Identify growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our customer base
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, sales, and other teams to drive customer success
  • Help optimize our processes and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B
  • Proven track record of managing B2B accounts and delivering results
  • Experience working with companies in different industries, markets, and time zones
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to identifying improvements and understanding customer success
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with basic WFM concepts and principles
  • Experience in a previous Success or Sales role as a team lead/supervisor or similar role
