We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Right Price Auto Sales Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, including planning, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, training, and development initiatives, including coordinating interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including inventory management, supply ordering, and facilities management.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
