As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for all financial reporting, accounting functions, and administrative support to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate financial reporting consistent with GAAP
  • Manage organisational finances in accordance with approved budgets
  • Ensure adherence to board-approved Financial Controls policy
  • Compliance with tax, legal, and government matters
Additional Duties:
  • Preparation of operational and capital budgets
  • Monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Quarterly funding requests for board approval
  • Attendance at board meetings to present financial information
Accounting Related Duties:
  • Recording of accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, banking, cash management
  • Maintenance of accounting structure
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Requirements:
  • CPA designation or equivalent
  • At least three years' experience in finance, preferably in a not-for-profit organisation
Competencies:
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
