About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our asphalt plant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair plant issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on lubrication systems and equipment
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections and maintenance logs
  • Assist in the maintenance budget and source parts needed for general maintenance
  • Provide support and guidance to the plant Foreperson as needed

Requirements

  • 5 years asphalt plant maintenance experience
  • Welding experience
  • Ability to travel between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running, trouble shooting, and repairing asphalt plant
  • Fall arrest certification
  • First aid training
  • Electrical experience
