We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance team in performing daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections and maintenance logs
  • Assist in the maintenance budget and source parts needed for general maintenance
  • Provide support and guidance to the plant Foreperson as needed
  • Communicate with other team members, managers, and sub-contractors for scheduling and establishing priorities
