Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various project management and administrative tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of construction projects from start to finish
Ensure all necessary documents are provided on time to facilitate project progress
Prepare and send documents to the construction site as required
Coordinate with the estimation department to facilitate the bid process
Prepare CCDC contracts and company presentations
Submit building permit applications and occupancy permit applications as required
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Experience working in the construction industry is an asset but not required
Basic construction, facilities, or comparable administrative experience
Ability to manage priorities and highly organized
Bilingual English and French (written/spoken)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
What We Offer
Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM - 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)
$58,000-$62,000 (based on experience)
3 weeks vacation
Group insurance after probation - Benefits - 50%/50% (medical, dental, life insurance, etc.)
RRSP plan after one year
