Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various project management and administrative tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Assist in the coordination of construction projects from start to finish

⁠ ⁠Ensure all necessary documents are provided on time to facilitate project progress

⁠ ⁠Prepare and send documents to the construction site as required

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the estimation department to facilitate the bid process

⁠ ⁠Prepare CCDC contracts and company presentations

⁠ ⁠Submit building permit applications and occupancy permit applications as required

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Minimum of 2 years administrative experience

⁠ ⁠Experience working in the construction industry is an asset but not required

⁠ ⁠Basic construction, facilities, or comparable administrative experience

⁠ ⁠Ability to manage priorities and highly organized

⁠ ⁠Bilingual English and French (written/spoken)

⁠ ⁠Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

⁠ ⁠Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and Word

What We Offer

⁠ ⁠Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM - 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)

⁠ ⁠$58,000-$62,000 (based on experience)

⁠ ⁠3 weeks vacation

⁠ ⁠Group insurance after probation - Benefits - 50%/50% (medical, dental, life insurance, etc.)

⁠ ⁠RRSP plan after one year
