Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in various PM and administrative tasks for construction projects, ensuring optimal performance of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary information for project openings and closings
- Ensure timely document provision for construction start-ups and project closures
- Organize project information for the estimation department
- Prepare and send documents for construction sites
- Prepare CCDC contracts and company presentations
- Submit building permit and occupancy permit applications
- Filing closed projects and archiving
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Experience in the construction industry an asset
- Basic construction, facilities, or comparable administrative experience
- Ability to manage priorities and be highly organized
- Bilingual English and French (written/spoken)
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
