Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our team in Dorval, Quebec. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Obtain and maintain accurate project information for opening and closing purposes
- Coordinate document preparation and submission to ensure timely project start-ups and closures
- Support the estimation department by organizing project information for bid processes
- Prepare and distribute site-specific documents as required
- Assist in preparing CCDC contracts and company presentations
- Submit building permit applications and occupancy permits as necessary
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Bilingual English and French skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer:
- $58,000-$62,000 per year (based on experience)
- Mondays to Fridays, 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm (40 hours/week)
- 3 weeks of vacation
- Group insurance after probation period
- RRSP plan after one year
