Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and quality food. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
