Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate and manage inventory of food and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor and maintain records of sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
