  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, maintaining accurate records of staff performance and attendance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills required.
