About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at EllisDon Corporation. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, financial performance, and quality metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project team members, including project engineers, estimators, and other support staff.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
