Logistics Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
* Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
* Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed
* Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
* Train workers in duties and policies
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
* Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
* Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
* Accurate, client-focused, efficient, and reliable
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
Working Conditions:
