About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Director, Business Enablement and Strategy. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our business enablement and portfolio management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the business enablement and portfolio management functions
  • Develop and implement business enablement strategies to drive growth and efficiency
  • Lead a team of financial planning and operations professionals to deliver high-quality financial planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on business enablement and financial planning
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency through strategic planning and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting software and tools
