Restaurant Operations Manager

At CANADA INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Balance cash and complete financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
