Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

Rush Car & Truck Rentals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our rental staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and order merchandise to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
