Job Title: General Manager - Rentals

As a seasoned professional in the construction and heavy equipment industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Rentals to lead our rental operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, sales, and customer service, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive rental revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage a team of rental specialists to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of equipment
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of rental equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of rental operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
