Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

Rush Car & Truck Rentals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of rental staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and oversee the sale and return of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
