Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

Rush Car & Truck Rentals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of rental staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and optimize sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
