Executive Director of Medical Communications

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Medical Communications to lead our medical education and communications efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance our medical affairs and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Develop and execute plans to drive exceptional medical communications and education strategies, leveraging your expertise to inspire and motivate your team.
- Develop and Execute Innovative Approaches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge medical education and communications initiatives that drive business growth and enhance our reputation.
- Oversee Content Creation and Execution: Manage the development and delivery of compelling, evidence-based content for various deliverables, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, symposiums, live events, slide decks, and congresses.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Alignment: Oversee the end-to-end execution of these deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Work with external partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and ensure EPM Scientific remains at the forefront of medical communications and education.
- Medical Education Agency Experience: A proven track record in medical communications or medical affairs, with at least 15 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Exceptional Strategic Thinking and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative strategies, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- In-Depth Knowledge of Medical Content Development and Regulatory Guidelines: In-depth knowledge of medical content development, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Ability to Drive Change and Inspire a Team: Proven ability to drive change and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
