About the Role:

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Vice President of Account Services. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive the development of compelling medical communications and education strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

*Medical Education Agency Experience Is Required*

  • Lead and inspire a team of medical communications professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute innovative approaches to enhance medical affairs and stakeholder engagement, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the creation of evidence-based content for various deliverables, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, symposiums, live events, slide decks, and congresses.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of these deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.


Qualifications:

  • *Medical Education Agency Experience Is Required*
  • 15 years of experience in medical communications or medical affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical content development, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards, with a strong understanding of the medical education landscape.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives and drive results.
