About the Role

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our medical communications and education efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance our clients' medical affairs and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Communications Agency Experience: We require a minimum of 15 years of experience in medical communications or medical affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills are essential to drive change and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Medical Content Development: In-depth knowledge of medical content development, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards is required to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of medical communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our agency remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
  • Medical Education Agency Experience: Required
  • Leadership Experience: 15 years of experience in medical communications or medical affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Medical Content Development: In-depth knowledge of medical content development, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
