About the Role:

EPM Scientific is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director, Medical Communications to lead our medical education initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance medical affairs and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive medical communications plans to support our clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, evidence-based content for various deliverables, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, symposiums, live events, slide decks, and congresses.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of these deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our agency remains at the forefront of medical communications.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in medical communications or medical affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of medical content development, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Ability to drive change and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
