Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects as the Salesforce expert, providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems or procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear system specifications for developers, ensuring the Salesforce platform meets business needs.
  • Design test strategies and test plans based on requirements and participate in their execution, analyzing complex business problems to be solved with Salesforce.
  • Configure systems settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • May lead cross-functional teams to address business system issues, identifying key business requirements with minimal information by quickly identifying key players and asking the right questions.
  • Acts as an advisor to 3rd party integrators, understanding all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
  • Communicates regularly with Salesforce designated super users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality.
  • Maintains at least high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
  • Serves as a key liaison with IT technical resources, maintaining and communicating system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.

About the Role:

This is a critical role for Solution SFT, requiring a strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and technical analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
