Senior Kitchen Lead

Job Summary:
Our Senior Cooks are key members of our culinary team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in the kitchen. They are seasoned professionals who have gained significant experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Chef to develop menus and ensure that all dishes meet the quality and presentation standards of the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.
- Demonstrates an understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
- Serve Safe certified.
