Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auto Bodily Injury Claims Representative to join our team at 570 The Dominion of Canada General. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating claims, determining coverage, and providing excellent customer service to our policyholders.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
- Apply policy, legislation, and company guidelines to manage loss costs and customer relations
- Manage claims files and maintain accurate records
- Identify and refer claims to the Major Case Unit or other relevant teams as needed
- Participate in extended hours duties as required
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Enrollment in the CIP program is an asset
- High proficiency in Windows-based programs, including spreadsheet and word-processing applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures
- Proficiency in typing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Adjusters license as required, based on business needs
