Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auto Bodily Injury Claims Representative to join our team at Travelers. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating claims to determine coverage and liability.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with policyholders and claimants to gather information and resolve claims
- Apply policy, legislation, and company guidelines to manage loss costs and customer relations
- Manage claims files and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with underwriting and other teams to ensure accurate risk assessment and claims resolution
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- University degree or equivalent business experience
- Enrollment in the CIP program is an asset
- High proficiency in Windows-based programs, including spreadsheet and word-processing applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures
- Proficiency in typing
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Adjusters license as required, based on business needs
