Travelers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team. As an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating claims to determine coverage and liability. You will work closely with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather facts and evidence
- Apply policy and procedure to determine coverage and liability
- Make recommendations for claim resolution
- Work with underwriting to assess risk and make informed decisions
- Manage claims files and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance license required
