Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims
- Apply policy and procedure to ensure fair and timely resolution of claims
- Manage claims files and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless claims resolution
- Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to recover losses
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Insurance license or ability to obtain one
