Job Description

G3M Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various business functions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This role involves arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising a team of 5-10 people. You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, training staff, and recording meeting minutes.

Skill Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, who is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the department
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train staff on new policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
