Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Problem Solving - Listen to clients, ask questions, and take ownership of resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay up-to-date on our banking products and services, and educate clients on their benefits and features.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Customer-Centric - Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Goal-Oriented - Set and achieve targets, and continuously strive for improvement.
  • Communication Skills - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills - Proficient in banking technology and software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools.
