We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at VCA Canada Kew Beach Animal Hospital in Toronto, ON.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets, while also supporting the hospital team in a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer multiline phone system and track appointments effectively
- Schedule appointments and admit/discharge pet patients
- Invoice and bill clients, creating estimates and processing payments
- Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
