Veterinary Receptionist Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at VCA Canada Downtown Animal Hospital. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for clients and their pets
- Answer multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively
- Schedule appointments, admit and discharge pet patients, and process payments
- Take initiative and work independently to maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments, and demonstrate a love for all companion animals
