Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overnight Program Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our residential treatment program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist evening counselors with program delivery and client support.
  • Ensure the safety of the treatment center and its occupants at night.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including record keeping and clerical duties.
  • Resolve client conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide information on Renascent's programs and services to clients and their families.
  • Document incidents and report to morning staff.
Qualifications
  • Lived experience of addiction and recovery, with a strong commitment to the 12-Step program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
