Support Care Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Worker to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying levels of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting and vacuuming
  • Support individuals to attend medical appointments
  • Monitor and record physical and emotional well-being
  • Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
  • Competent in verbal and written English
