BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Director to lead our Meadowvale, ON centre. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy implementation, and province licensing compliance.
  • Ensure staff members understand objectives and expectations within each classroom.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with families about their child.

Requirements:
  • A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with membership in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial management.
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate.
