Key Responsibilities- Establish a supportive presence that promotes trauma-informed interventions and practices.
- Provide assistance to clients and their caregivers by liaising with clinicians and community services.
- Act as a member of the on-shift response team for fire, safety, and security functions.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in Community Social Service and one year's recent experience in a related field.
- Basic Security Training level 1 and 2 Certificate.
You will possess:
- Knowledge and experience in Trauma-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Recovery-Oriented Care.
- Knowledge of Appreciative Inquiry.
- Broad knowledge of mental health and substance use issues and treatment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous Cultural Safety.
