About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Strategy Execution: Develop and implement client strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and merchandising professionals to ensure excellent client service and sales performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on sales performance, client satisfaction, and team progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and sales performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the team is well-informed and able to make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and merchandising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
