Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and overseeing a team of field colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of field colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to provide feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Manage day-to-day logistics of the team, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and regional managers
  • Stay up-to-date on client products, strategies, and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven sales and merchandising experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
