Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and overseeing a team of field colleagues to achieve client and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Lead and mentor a team of field colleagues to ensure excellent client service and team performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales and merchandising goals
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to team members to improve performance
  • Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day logistics and operations of the team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and regional managers
  • Stay up-to-date on client products, strategies, and market trends to provide expert advice and support
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and report on team performance and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales and merchandising experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
