About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Strategy Execution: Develop and implement client strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and merchandising colleagues to ensure excellent performance and results.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders on team performance and progress.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality execution of sales and merchandising activities, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and merchandising, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using sales and marketing software and tools.
