Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in customer service? Do you have experience in telephone customer service and a passion for the optical and vision care industry?

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer care specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a customer care specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and emails, providing technical assistance and product support, and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding order requests, product questions, and warranty claims.
  • Help customers place orders, verify details, and ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Inform customers about products and promotions, and offer technical assistance and product support to customers experiencing difficulties.
  • Complete order entry into the company system, coordinate with other departments, and communicate order status to customers.
  • Update files and ensure that changes are made accordingly.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or problems efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and telephone sales.
  • Optical lab experience is an asset.
  • Passion for the optical and vision care industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and order-taking software.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $23-$28 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • 2 weeks' vacation.
